Here’s the nitty gritty… over the course of 6 weeks you get

• 6 Live weekly Q+As where you’ll get the opportunity to bring up your specific questions

• Weekly content drops of new material in your private online class portal (educational videos, supportive materials, meditations and journal prompts, etc

• 3 Attunement Meditations . These are gorgeous mediations that are like initiations into the healing arts. A very special moment!

• To opportunity to connect with fellow students! I’ve met some of my own bffs through similar communities:)

• A safe space to step into your heart’s calling

• Guidance as you get hands on practice with your 6 volunteers

• A Full walkthrough video showing you proper posture, hand positions and options

• The support and guidance of Kristina, a certified Angel Reiki Master and certified Spiritual Life Coach

Yes! in order to complete the course and receive a certification you will practice on 6 volunteers. We encourage the students to practice with each other, too!

Essentially, there are endless ways to connect with and channel healing energy. This is NO new age concept, but an art that has been practiced for thousands of years all over the world in more cultures than we can know. Because I like to honor my ancestors who practiced these arts, and let the students interpret it how they will, I choose to keep it labeled as “Energy healing”. Just as different religions speak to the same God but by a different name, we are all connecting to the highest Source of Creation, to bring down the healing vibrations that are always accessible to us. Just as in traditional Reiki, you will receive 3 attunements to become a fully certified “Master”. Although, I think it’s time we come up with a more modern word than “Master”;)

The Live Q+As are during weekday mornings PST. Usually Tuesday AM. If you cannot make a meeting, it will be recorded and posted in your class portal so that you can watch at your own time! If you must miss a Live Q+A you can email Kris a question or send a voice note for a response to a question
